An autopsy reveals that Carl sustained a head injury before falling overboard, and the citizens of San Piedro are shocked when local man Kabuo Miyamoto is accused of murdering Carl. In San Piedro, Washington, in 1954, a fisherman named Carl Heine is discovered drowned and tangled in his own fishing net. ![]()
